Compliant Policy
Rocheston is committed to sustaining quality and continuous improvement in all aspects. RAI will receive and review complaints filed by third parties who claim conduct by the member contrary to Rocheston Accreditation Institute standards, policies or procedures. Complaints should be sent via Nebula.Reviews
The complaints should:- Identify the specific accreditation standard(s) relevant to the complaint
- Provide documentations that support the complaint
- Provide permission to share the complaint with the member institution
- Identify the relationship of the complaint to the member institution
Rocheston will acknowledge receipts of complaints within 7 days, but will not respond to complaints that are not submitted in writing or anonymous complaints.
