Stakeholder management Playbook for Teams
RCCE students will learn security stakeholder relationship management including executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, board reporting, and influence-building strategies. RCCE students will learn to identify and map security stakeholders across the organization, develop tailored communication strategies for different stakeholder groups, build productive relationships with executive leadership, translate technical security concepts into business language, present security risks and investment cases to board members, collaborate effectively with IT, legal, HR, and business teams, manage stakeholder expectations during incidents and security projects, and build organizational influence without direct authority. This team-oriented course builds collaborative workflows and organizational playbooks for security operations. Starting from foundational concepts, RCCE students will learn to create and implement standardized procedures that enable consistent performance across team members and shifts. Students develop the documentation, communication, and coordination skills needed for effective team-based security operations.
