Security culture Hardening Workshop: Bootcamp Module
RCCE students will learn building and sustaining a security-aware organizational culture including security awareness programs, phishing simulations, executive sponsorship, behavior change methodologies, and security champion programs. RCCE students will learn to design and execute security awareness training programs, measure security culture maturity through surveys and behavioral metrics, run phishing simulation campaigns, establish security champion networks across business units, gain executive sponsorship for security initiatives, address human factors in security through behavioral science principles, and create a positive security culture where employees actively contribute to organizational defense. This hands-on hardening course focuses on reducing attack surface through practical configuration changes and security guardrails. Building on core knowledge, RCCE students will learn to apply hardening baselines, validate configurations, and measure the security improvement achieved. Students walk away with actionable hardening checklists and the skills to maintain hardened configurations as environments evolve.
