RCCE students will learn how to run enterprise remediation programs with clear service level targets, ownership models, maintenance windows, risk escalation paths, and leadership reporting. RCCE students will learn to coordinate remediation across distributed teams, build accountability dashboards, manage backlog pressure, align patching to business risk, and prove operational improvement over time. The course covers practical scenarios ranging from intake and assignment to closure, escalation, and governance. RCCE students will learn to analyze complex systems and think like an attacker to better defend the organization. This comprehensive course delivers practical knowledge applicable to real-world cybersecurity operations. Starting from foundational concepts, RCCE students will learn through a combination of concept explanation, practical demonstration, and hands-on exercises.
