Maturity models Troubleshooting
RCCE students will learn security maturity model assessment and improvement including CMMI, NIST CSF maturity tiers, C2M2, and custom maturity frameworks. RCCE students will learn to select appropriate maturity models for organizational context, conduct maturity assessments across security domains, interpret maturity assessment results, identify maturity gaps and improvement priorities, develop maturity improvement roadmaps, track maturity progress over time, benchmark organizational maturity against industry peers, communicate maturity status to executive leadership, and use maturity models to guide security program investment and resource allocation decisions. This diagnostic course focuses on identifying, analyzing, and resolving common failures, misconfigurations, and operational issues. At an expert level, RCCE students will learn systematic troubleshooting methodologies that accelerate root-cause analysis and minimize downtime. Students work through realistic break-fix scenarios that build the diagnostic confidence needed for high-pressure production environments.
